Space Reimagined (3D Visualization)
The process will begin with a thorough understanding of the client's preferences, followed by briefing and conceptualization, space measurement to create an accurate actual virtual representation and environment, modeling, material selection, texturing, lighting scenarios, furniture, and object placement, and HQ rendering as the final step once the 3D model is complete, creating virtual tours to present the realistic representation of the proposed design to the client.

Design Consultancy
Information about the project scope, purpose, private resident or commercial space, desired aesthetic, any special functionalities, and even branding. Our team will develop design concepts and directions based on the information gathered. The presentation output will involve sketches, moodboards, and 3D renderings, and refinement will align closely with the client's vision.
Once the concepts are approved, the designer will dive into detailed drawings, floor plans, materials, finishes, fixtures, and other specific elements. We will distill all the technical details, measurements, materials, specifications, drawings, and schedules into comprehensive documentation. Our team will collaborate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure the design is executed accurately.

Space Planning
We assess the client's purpose, objectives, and budget, the desired layout, including any specific needs, follow up with a space and environment evaluation, and consider all site factors such as access points and natural light to define areas to be divided based on functions.
The step will continue with generating layout options and aligning the plan and client's preferences with suitable furniture and equipment.
