1. MHI's quality assurance efforts
We use quality standards and rules, which apply to all our productions, distributions, and services:

• We make a major contribution to the quality of our products through clean and efficiently designed workplaces;
• We base our decisions on credible data from our production processes, quality services, problem prevention, and solving.;
• The quality of our products and services depends on the quality of our ingredients, materials, professional suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.
We have agreements in place with all of our partners, approved first before delivery can occur;

2. MHI's stance on modern slavery
We support and commit to the global fight against labour abuse in the supply chain. We have a tolerance towards slavery and human trafficking, wherever and in whatever form it may be encountered. MHI believes in respectful, honest business relations and respect for human rights, MHI does not tolerate child labour and forced labour and contributes to the elimination of these wherever it can.

3. MHI's tax strategy
MHI believes that business has a wider responsibility to promote good and should not exist purely for commercial profit. We understand that the tax we pay is an important part of our wider economic and social impact and plays a key role in development, both inside and outside Indonesia. We regard it as a critical element of our commitment to grow in a sustainable, responsible and socially inclusive way. We do not devise or implement aggressive tax planning arrangements.
